The house is on the Wageningse Berg and its name is Rahayu (Happiness). It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, near the forests and a botanical park. The fully detached house is built on a large plot of 1100 m2. There is a spacious garden on the south with honeysuckle roses, plums, grapes etc. From time to time you can see squirrels in the hazel trees. It is a fully furnished house, centrally heated and with a washing machine and a dryer. It is well insulated and most windows are double glazed. The house has a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. It is ideally suited for 1 or 2 adults. The surface of the living area is approximately 120 m2. The rent is €1350 per month, Wi-Fi included. Utilities (gas, water and electricity) are not included. The same goes for environmental taxes. Cleaning on departure €140. Deposits are the costs of energy and one month rent. The house is a non-smoking area and pets are not allowed. It is available from the 1st of August.
